Charles and Ray Eames had this special talent for transforming everyday objects into things of immediate desire.
This game takes up one of their most recognizable designs: the Hang-It-All coat rack. It features its graphic rods, colored balls, and that very Eames way of blending functionality, play, and color. Art of Play pushes the tribute right down to the structure of the game: here, there are no kings, queens, or jacks; the cards are simply numbered from 1 to 13.
The whole thing is presented in a letterpress-printed box, inspired by the house that Charles and Ray Eames designed and built in Los Angeles.
