Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the «GTC») govern sales concluded between TITLEE SASU, publisher of the website www.titlee.fr, and any person making a purchase on the site (hereinafter the «Customer»).
They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Titlee.
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to sales made on the website www.titlee.fr.
They apply to orders shipped to metropolitan France, the overseas departments and regions, and internationally, depending on the countries served by Titlee.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to change at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in effect on the date the order is validated.

3. Titlee products

Titlee designs and edits jewelry, accessories, and illustrated objects in small series.
Each product sheet presents the essential characteristics of the proposed product. Photographs, descriptions, and illustrations are made with the utmost care in order to faithfully reflect the marketed products. However, slight differences in rendering, particularly in colors, may appear depending on the settings of the screens used.
Titlee jewelry is handcrafted. Slight variations in finish, texture, or color may exist from one piece to another, contributing to the unique character of each creation.
When products incorporate natural stones, they may exhibit variations in color, transparency, or slight inclusions. These characteristics are inherent to the very nature of the stones and do not constitute a defect.

4. Availability of creations

The creations offered on the site are available while supplies last.
Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the displayed availability, an exceptional error may occur, notably due to a simultaneous inventory update or a technical incident.
In the event of total or partial unavailability of a product after the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. Titlee may then offer:

  • a refund for the unavailable product ;
  • or, with the Customer's agreement, an alternative solution when one exists.

No penalty or compensation may be claimed in respect of this unavailability.

5. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery costs.
Shipping costs are indicated before the final confirmation of the order and vary depending on the destination country, the chosen delivery method, and the order amount.
Titlee reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These fees remain exclusively the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Order

The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart.
Before confirming the order, it is their responsibility to check the details of the selected products, the quantities, the delivery information, and the total order amount.
The order becomes final upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is then sent to the Customer at the address provided during the order.
Titlee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer, suspicion of fraud, non-payment, or any other legitimate reason.

7. Payment

Orders are paid for by:

  • credit card (secure payment via Stripe); ;
  • bank card via PayPal Checkout ;
  • PayPal account.

Payments are made using a secure payment system that uses current encryption protocols.
The Customer's banking data never passes through Titlee's servers and is not stored by them at any time.
The order is only considered final after acceptance of payment by the payment institution. In the event of payment or bank authorization refusal, the order is automatically canceled.

8. Order preparation

Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop.
Processing times are indicated on the website and may vary depending on the time of year, order volume, or constraints related to certain creations made in small batches.
When an order includes multiple items, Titlee reserves the right to make a single shipment or, exceptionally, multiple shipments at no additional cost to the Customer.
In the event of a significant delay, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
