In this fall 2021, Titlee releases a book! L'Histoire du Papillon/The Story of the Butterfly (titlee meaning butterfly in Hindi) is a collection of gouaches by artist Olivia Angelozzi that highlights the universes of Séverine Balanqueux and the story of Titlee.
As with everything that marks the development of the brand, it is a story of friendship that is at the origin of the book: Séverine and Olivia meet in New York in 2018. During confinement, Olivia paints a watercolor portrait of her confined friends, including Séverine.
At the same time, she shows Séverine the gouache work she has done for New York clients and for which Séverine has a real crush. Olivia then offers Séverine to paint her universe.
This was followed by the organization of an exhibition in Paris from 14 October to 27 November 2021 and the publication of this book, for which another friend of Séverine, Cécile Poimboeuf-Koizumi (who hides behind the publishing house Chose Commune), brought his editorial expertise.
