We advise you to remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, playing sports, or sleeping.
Perfume and cosmetics should preferably be applied before putting on your jewelry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you are not wearing it, store your piece of jewelry individually in its case or pouch, away from light and moisture.
Avoid storing multiple pieces of jewelry together: their chains, stones, or metal parts could rub against each other, scratch one another, or get tangled.
To clean your jewelry, simply use a soft, dry cloth. Abrasive products, chemical cleaners, and baths intended for precious metals are not recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Titlee jewelry is made of brass and features, depending on the model, a 24-karat gold-plated finish or fine gold gilding.
Like any finish applied to the surface of a metal, gilding naturally evolves over time. Its durability depends notably on the frequency with which the piece of jewelry is worn, contact with the skin, skin acidity, and exposure to water, cosmetics, or friction.
This gradual evolution constitutes normal wear and tear and does not necessarily correspond to a manufacturing defect.
However, a few simple steps can help preserve the color and shine of the jewelry for longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some Titlee creations feature natural stones.
Each stone has its own nuances, veins, transparencies, or inclusions. Slight differences may therefore appear between the photographed product and the received jewelry. These variations are inherent to natural stone. They make each piece unique and do not constitute a defect. Nevertheless, the stones remain delicate. We recommend protecting your jewelry from impacts, drops, and significant temperature changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enameled or colored parts may be sensitive to impact and friction. To preserve their appearance, avoid dropping your piece of jewelry or storing it in contact with other objects that could scratch it. A slight variation in color or finish may exist from one piece to another due to the handcrafted nature of the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All jewelry and products sold by Titlee are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by French regulations.
The legal guarantee of conformity allows the consumer to act for a period of two years from the delivery of the product when it presents a lack of conformity. In the event of an established defect, the consumer may request its repair or replacement and, when these solutions are impossible or cannot be implemented under the conditions provided by law, a reduction in the price or the cancellation of the sale.
Defects appearing within twenty-four months of the delivery of a new product are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, barring proof to the contrary or incompatibility with the nature of the product or the defect observed.
The warranty against hidden defects applies when a defect that is not apparent at the time of purchase makes the product unfit for its intended use or severely diminishes its use. Legal action must be brought within two years of discovering the defect.
