We will be happy to help you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commands<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I modify or cancel my order?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order has not yet been prepared, we will do our best to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at <a href=\"mailto:contact@titlee.fr\">contact@titlee.fr<\/a>. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I have not received the order confirmation email.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check your spam folder first.<br>If you still cannot find your order confirmation, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@titlee.fr\">contact@titlee.fr<\/a> by indicating your name and, if possible, the date of your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I have my order delivered to another address?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. You can provide a delivery address different from your billing address at the time of your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which countries do you deliver to?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Titlee ships its orders to many countries around the world.<br>Available destinations are suggested automatically when you validate your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long does it take to receive my order?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 5 business days.<br>The estimated delivery time then depends on the chosen carrier and the destination country. It is indicated before you confirm your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I track my package?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.<br>You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will I have to pay custom duties?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be requested by the authorities of the destination country.<br>These fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Titlee jewelry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are the jewelry pieces made in France?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Titlee jewelry is made in small batches and carefully assembled in Paris.<br>We work with specialized French workshops and artisans to promote local know-how.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are the stones natural?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When our creations include stones, they are natural stones.<br>Their color, shades, or inclusions may vary slightly from one piece of jewelry to another. These particularities are part of their charm and make each piece unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to care for my jewelry?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To preserve its lasting shine, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, and household products.<br>When you are not wearing it, keep your jewelry away from moisture, preferably in its box or pouch. You can find more tips on our Warranty &amp; Care page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are the jewelry pieces covered by a warranty?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. All our jewelry comes with the legal guarantees provided by French regulations.<br>If you notice a defect, contact us so that we can find the most suitable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I return an item?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations.<br>Items must be returned in their original condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When will I be refunded?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product(s).<br>It is processed using the same payment method that was used for your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are return shipping fees covered?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless there is an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is the payment secure?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes.
