Whether it is a piece of jewelry you are treating yourself to or a present intended for someone else, we bring the same care to its preparation.<br>Every order is carefully packaged before leaving our workshop to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition, whether in France or on the other side of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparing your order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are prepared in our workshop Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).<br>The usual preparation time is 2 to 5 business days.<br>During periods of high activity (such as Christmas, collection launches, or special events), processing times may be slightly extended. Should this be the case, we will notify you as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are shipped by recognized carriers to ensure reliable and secure delivery.<br>Depending on your destination country, we offer in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Colissimo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UPS\/FEDEX or DHL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The available delivery method or methods are automatically suggested to you when you confirm your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery times<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier as well as the destination country.<br>The estimated delivery time is indicated when choosing the delivery method, before the confirmation of your order.<br>These delivery times are estimated and may exceptionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control (customs formalities, weather conditions, industrial action, peak carrier activity periods, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping is free for purchase amounts starting from a threshold defined according to the destination country.<br>When your order is eligible, free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>of the destination country; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>depending on the chosen delivery method; ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>of your order amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are clearly indicated before final validation of your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery outside the European Union<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Titlee ships its orders to many countries around the world.<br>For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be requested by the authorities of the destination country.<br>These fees are not included in your order total and remain exclusively the responsibility of the recipient.<br>We invite you to check with the competent authorities in your country before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
